Stress is a part of life—it’s built into us as a survival mechanism. But when does it stop helping and start hurting?
We throw the word “stress” around all the time, but what does it really mean? In today’s world, we push past the warning signs our mind and body give us, all in the name of achievement. We were raised to believe that being strong means pushing forward, no matter what.
So, you do what you’ve always done—lace up your boots and get to work. And for a while, it worked. Or at least, it seemed to. But in reality? We weren’t fixing the problem—we were slapping a Band-Aid on a bullet hole.
We push it down. We say nothing. We keep providing. We keep going.
But at what cost?
In 2019, the leading cause of death in men was heart disease—1 in 4 men. Why? Because we develop unhealthy ways to cope with stress: anger, substance use (alcohol, drugs, smoking), extreme or nonexistent exercise, and poor diets.
Why do we do this? Because we were taught to push through, not process.
If we want to show up as the best version of ourselves—for our families, our careers, and most importantly, ourselves—we need to rethink stress. We need to understand what it is, how it impacts our mind and body, and how to manage or even eliminate its effects.
It’s not about avoiding stress—it’s about mastering it.
Led by experienced therapists, Dr. Matt and Viktoriya, this group is a space for real conversations, real struggles, and real growth.
We’re here to challenge old habits, build resilience, and support each other in becoming stronger, healthier versions of ourselves.
You are not alone.
This is not a lecture. This is not a class. This is your space.
Each session is driven by the men in the group. You come in, take a seat, and if something is on your mind, you share it. No pressure—just the opportunity to be heard. From there, you’ll get feedback, support, and perspective from the other men in the room. It’s real talk, real connection, and real growth.
Here’s what you can expect:
This is about connection. This is about showing up for yourself and for each other.
Currently Meeting!
*Depending on the group attendance for that night*
We get it—life is busy, and showing up every week takes effort. But this group isn’t just a drop-in chat; it’s a space for real connection, real growth, and real change.
Commitment is where the magic happens.
For the first six weeks, you’ll build trust, challenge yourself, and create bonds with a group of guys who are right there in it with you. After that? We want you to stay—not because you have to, but because you’ll want to.
This isn’t just a group. It’s a brotherhood. Show up for yourself. Show up for your team. Let’s do the work together.
